Vacuum interrupters, also known as vacuum switch tube, are the core component of medium and high voltage power switches.

Main function of
vacuum interrupters is that through the excellent insulation of the vacuum in the tube, the medium and high voltage circuits can quickly extinguish the arc and suppress the current after the power supply is cut off, so as to avoid accidents. They are mainly used in power transmission and distribution control systems, and also in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, railway, broadcasting, communication, industrial high-frequency heating and other power distribution systems.
Vacuum interrupters have the characteristics of energy saving, material saving, fire prevention, explosion-proof, small size, long life, low maintenance cost, reliable operation and no pollution.
Vacuum interrupters are divided into arc interrupters for circuit breakers and arc interrupters for load switches. The circuit breaker interrupters are mainly used in substations and power grid facilities in the power sector, and the load switch interrupters are mainly used in power grids.
