2) Closing process
When closing, pull the mechanism to manually close the pull ring or give the mechanism an electric closing signal, the closing spring energy is released, the output shaft of the mechanism rotates, and the moving contact of the arc extinguishing chamber is driven to move upward through the arm and connecting rod, and is connected with the static contact. contact, and provide contact pressure, and at the same time store energy for the opening spring, and keep the circuit breaker in the closed state through the normal buckle connection of the closing maintaining link of the mechanism.
3) Opening process
In the opening chamber, pull the mechanical manual opening pull ring or the mechanism electric opening signal, the closing newspaper link of the mechanism is released, and under the action of the contact pressure spring and the opening spring, the output shaft of the mechanism rotates in the opposite direction, and passes through the connecting rod. , the crank arm drives the arc-extinguishing chamber contacts to move downward, the static contacts are separated, and the circuit breaker is opened. The opening state point switch is held by the opening spring.
4) Overcurrent protection process
For circuit breakers equipped with electro-hydraulic transformers, when the current flowing through the main circuit of the circuit breaker exceeds the rated value of the transformers, the overcurrent release inside the drive mechanism will open the circuit breaker.
